Just a Formal-ity
As some of you may or may not know, a Year 12 school captain invited Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins to be his date. At first she accepted, but unfortunately for him she later declined the invitation worried she’d be too big for the night. But she did end up having lunch with him at his school.
This made me think. I’m sure there are many young folks out there scared and nervous to ask the opposite sex for a date. Writing to a former Miss Universe that probably started as a joke, I reckon would have ended up being the easiest way to get a date! And this made me think some more (I’ve been doing a lot of thinking). Why not make it easier for the ladies as well?
So, I have decided that I am going to make things much easier for the young ladies of this world by offering myself as their formal date. Yes, I know, it is very generous of me, but please, hold your gratitude and I require no payment. I am doing this out of the goodness of my heart and am just happy to help in some way.
So if you’re nervous and scared about asking a stupid teenage boy who doesn’t care, feel free to contact me using this site and I’ll be happy to help! But once I have accepted your invitation it would be best to keep it on the low down and quiet, as we don’t want a repeat of the news crew fiasco during Jennifer’s visit…
